Done very little today ..

Or so it feels .. but then I've written and nearly completed testing the key install procedure. It's not perfect but it takes much of the pain away from the old "by hand" method, which is a real boon given the additional JFFS2 complexity.

Fixed a bug!

For all those who had the error from grub-install;

• Can't locate BIOS settings for drive

It's not a FL problem and I have a fix. For some reason (!) under some circumstances (CD boot?) the kernel starts numbering discs in /dev/discs from 1 as opposed to 0 .. so /dev/discs/disc0 does not exist, but /dev/discs/disc1 does !

This breaks grub-install! (and grub!)

Solution:

• ln -s /dev/discs/disc1 /dev/discs/disc0
